Refunds (if applicable)
In situations where an item has been received in a condition that makes it unusable you will be eligible for a replacement ONLY. Please send us an email & photo of product damage to Mosslifeshop@gmail.com including your order number and reason for your replacement request within 14 days of receiving package.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be shipped.
